Policy & Research
Policy, drafted into law.
The record of the chambers' work in government: the engagements, who instructed, when, and what was delivered, from the comparative study presented at PILDAT in 2008 to standing counsel to the Federal Government on public health legislation today. What the practice offers is set out on its own page; this page is where it has been done.
The record
Engaged, delivered,
and on the record.
Six engagements stand on this page, and each one closed with a deliverable: a report submitted, an instrument drafted, a study presented. Since a consultancy is judged by what it hands over rather than by what it describes, therefore the record is kept in those terms, with the instructing body, the period and the delivered work named for every engagement below.
The work has taken fieldwork to Peshawar, Lahore, Quetta, Karachi and Islamabad, and instructions from federal government, a regulatory council, and the development programmes of two governments.
